I have to be really honest and say that I enjoy bad movies. There's something about sitting there, shaking my head and saying "stupid!" under my breath that makes me feel, well, superior. So, I had a nice time for my birthday, forcing a lot of good friends to join me in watching "Pirates of the Carribean 2" at the 10:10 show, which got us all the way through to the next morning at 1, which was not, properly speaking, my birthday any longer.
I thought about doing a review of the movie and then realized that it wouldn't keep you from going to see it. I liked the first one pretty well. I did not like this one at all. I will say this: Pirates has retroactively forced me to say that "Superman Returns" was not so bad.
Best Moment in the Movie: When the kid two rows in front of tried to cuddle up with her date, somehow breaking the chair she was in. We all laughed pretty hard. And then she stayed in the broken chair! Ha ha ha.

ReplyDeleteWell, I've never been on a podcast, so I suppose I will have to accept, as I am beholden to do at least once all things that I have never attempted.
As to ninja or pirate... I will have to ponder this at length. Perhaps it will receive its own post.
