I used some of my birthday money in July to order a book that wasn't published yet... PIRATE FREEDOM by Gene Wolfe.I love Wolfe's writing. He's one of the few authors whose work I buy in hardback without hesitation. I know I'll read it again.
It's full of monks, pirates, treasure, time travel... all that good stuff.
I just got the e-mail today saying that the book is on the way to my house! YAY!
